are accepted for any position with the Kentucky
Equality Federation that you must represent
the organization with dignity, and that you will
be a volunteer, and not paid for your work?
No one at the Kentucky Equality
Federation is paid for anything, we are all
volunteers in a federation of individuals united
in a common Mission,
bound by a common
Statement
of Values, and unified by our
Core Values.
Overall
management of the Federation is controlled by
our Board of Directors who meet once per month.
Day to day management of the Federation resides
with the Federation President who appoints
various other volunteers to be responsible for
specific areas of Federation affairs.
Individual
members are represented by the Federation
Advisory Council. The Advisory Council is
elected to serve two year terms and make
recommendations by way of resolutions to the
Board of Directors, the Federation President,
Secretary of the Federation, and local Chapter
Presidents. |
